Australia: Deakin University – HDR Scholarship 2022

This project will start with a systematic and meta-analytic review of the existing literature in this space and then build a set of guidelines around what an accreditation needs to achieve. From this will be developed a pilot project for accreditation to experimentally test the impact of the accreditation to both retailers and their customers and through this to create a measure of its value, both socially and financially.

This project will harness both the marketing and the nutrition elements to understand, create, test, and refine an accreditation program that could drive a food supply revolution.
