The TAFE NSW Bachelor of Property Valuation is a degree for building skills to work in the property valuation industry across residential, commercial, rural and industrial properties. Students study core units including Property valuation technologies, Property law 1, Residential valuation, Property accounting and taxation, and Commercial valuation. The course also includes a Valuation research project and units focused on risk and ethical valuation.

The degree combines theory and practical course work. Students actively engage and experiment with property valuation techniques and processes, supported by site visits and regular field trips, plus ongoing interactions with industry practitioners. At the start of the course, students receive a timetable and complete all core units and additional units, including packaged specialty units such as Agribusiness valuation and Planning and Development law. The degree is accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API).
