Diploma of Community Services Case Management Chc52025

The Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) at TAFE NSW teaches case management and person-centred support. You study core units including Facilitate and review case management and Analyse impacts of sociological factors on people in community work and services, plus specialty units such as Implement case management practice and Coordinate complex case requirements.

Learning combines theory and practical course work. The qualification includes 20 units of competency: 12 core units and 8 specialty units. You also complete a minimum of 100 hours work placement with a suitable industry employer.
