Students study core units such as Enhance customer service experiences, Manage finances within a budget, Lead and manage people, and Implement and monitor work health and safety practices, along with elective units across hospitality service and operational topics.

TAFE NSW delivers practical training covering hospitality in 36 sessions (Approx.144 hours) as an integrated part of the course. Training is provided within a TAFE NSW operated restaurant at the student’s enrolment location.
