Diploma of Information Technology Advanced Networking Cloud Architecture Ict50220

TAFE NSW’s Diploma of Information Technology (Advanced Networking, Cloud Architecture) (ICT50220-20) is a specialised qualification in two areas: advanced networking and cloud architecture. Students learn to manage network security, install and manage enterprise routers and switches, install and configure advanced virtual environments, and work with cloud infrastructure.

The course uses a mixture of theory and practical course work. Learning outcomes include leading and facilitating a team, managing client problems, and managing network security. The qualification requires 20 units of competency, including 6 core units and 14 speciality units, with speciality units packaged by TAFE NSW.

This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol.

• Completion of Year 12 high school (or equivalent) as evidenced by a copy of your certificate or
• Successful completion of a Certificate IV in Information Technology (or an equivalent qualification) as evidenced by a copy of your certificate or transcript or
• Relevant work experience in Information Technology as evidenced by a letter of support from your employer or your resume
