TAFE NSW’s Diploma of Information Technology (Back End and Front End Web Development) ICT50220WD prepares you with specialised skills in web development. You study how to design, build, and manage dynamic and complex websites using web technologies. You also build skills in user experience solutions, extensible markup languages, leadership, and client collaboration.
The course includes a mix of theory and practical coursework. TAFE NSW says you will complete 6 core units plus 14 elective units, and you will study in authentic, real world simulated environments using relevant industry-standard software and a workplace environment. You complete practical projects, including preparing and maintaining documentation, creating dynamic web pages, integrating databases, managing data persistence, and creating and developing APIs.
