TAFE NSW offers the Diploma of Project Management BSB50820-01 to help you step up as a project manager or team leader. You learn to lead teams and projects and manage scope, quality, time, stakeholder engagement, project budgets, and project risks.

Learning combines theory and practical course work. The qualification requires 12 units of competency, including 8 core and 4 specialty units, with specialty units packaged to customise the qualification. You also complete an online-learning component as part of the course and submit evidence during your study.

This course prepares you for opportunities in project management roles across a range of industries, including roles such as project manager, project team leader, project contract manager, and project manager in your industry.

This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol.

• A certificate IV level qualification in project management as evidenced by a copy of your transcript or certificate.
