Diploma of Screen and Media Specialist Make Up Services Cua51020

The Diploma of Screen and Media (Specialist Make-Up Services) at TAFE NSW trains you to design makeup looks, style hair, wigs and hairpieces, design and apply special effects makeup, and create and apply hair and make-up for fashion and editorial. You also originate and develop design concepts and provide freelance services for contract make-up events.

TAFE NSW teaches the qualification through a combination of theory and practical course work. The Diploma is made up of 15 units of competency, including 4 core units and 11 speciality units. Core and packaged speciality units cover activities such as providing freelance services, establishing safe creative practice, and specialist make-up and hair for productions and photography.
