The Diploma of Viticulture (TAFE NSW) covers viticulture from developing vineyards to producing wines. This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol.

• Current employment at a vineyard, a Viticulture role or wine industry role, as evidenced by your resume or a letter from your employer
• A minimum of 1 year previous industry experience at an operator level, as evidenced by your resume, employer report or letter from your previous employer
• Access to a vineyard throughout the period of enrolment to complete project-based assessment activities, as evidenced by your resume, employer report, photos or any other work-based documents
