University of Calgary Entrance Scholarships for International Students

The University of Calgary International Entrance Scholarship is offered annually by the University of Calgary/Enrolment Services. It is for international students entering first year in any undergraduate degree in the upcoming fall term who have satisfied the university's English Language Proficiency requirement. The award value is $20,000 and it is renewable.

The scholarship is aimed at undergraduate students with the citizenship/residency category of International. It covers any faculty and applies to students entering first year (Year entering: 1st) in an undergraduate degree. The scholarship is an internal scholarship, and selection is based on academic merit.

Renewal is available in the second, third, and fourth year at the University of Calgary. Recipients must achieve a GPA of 2.60 or more over a minimum of 24.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms, and must continue to pay an international differential tuition fee as an international student.
