Eligibility
To be eligible for the China Link Scholarship Program, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, have good moral character and academic excellence, and be in good health.
- Be under 45 years of age when applying for general scholarships and under 50 years of age for senior scholarships.
- Be registered as a full-time student or employed as a full-time academic staff at one of the CSC’s foreign partner universities during the application and proposed stay in China.
- Have received either a pre-admission letter or an invitation letter issued by HIT.
Application Process
- Pre-admission Documents: Applicants should apply for pre-admission documents or invitations from HIT.
- Online Application: Complete the CSC online application and upload supporting documents via the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System. HIT’s Agency Number is 10213.
- Scholarship Results: CSC will send scholarship admission results to HIT on May 15, 2024; August 15, 2024; November 15, 2024; and February 15, 2025.
- Notification: HIT will notify applicants of the scholarship admission results.
