Dalian University of Technology (DUT) Presidential Scholarship , China (Fully & Partial Funding)

Dalian University of Technology Presidential Scholarship is administered under the “Administrative Measures for International Students Presidential Scholarship of Dalian University of Technology” and covers either a full scholarship or a partial scholarship. The full scholarship exempts tuition and provides free on-campus accommodation, with a monthly allowance for master degree students and doctor degree students. The scholarship also notes that international travel and a one-time subsistence allowance are self-sustained.

The scholarship is available for bachelor degree, master degree, and doctor degree applicants who are new students at DUT. Bachelor is for applicants who want to study a bachelor degree program at DUT, with requirements including a high school (secondary school) diploma, excellent academic achievement, and an age limit. Master and doctor eligibility differ by whether the applicant is in China or outside China, and include age limits and documentary requirements such as recommendation letters or an admission notice.

• Full scholarship: tuition exemption.Full scholarship: free on-campus accommodation.Full scholarship: monthly allowance of 1,500 CNY/month for master degree students.Full scholarship: monthly allowance of 1,800 CNY/month for doctor degree students.Partial scholarship: only tuition is waived.Note: international travel and one-time subsistence allowance are self-sustained.

1. Fill in the Dalian University of Technology Application Form for Foreign Students using the online application system of the School of International Education of DUT.Complete the relevant “Application Form for DUT Scholarship” (Attachment 1 for bachelor; Attachment 6 for master and PhD) and submit it as required.Prepare the listed scholarship documents for the relevant degree level and upload documents 2–12 (bachelor) or the full document set (master and PhD) in scanned copy to the online application system of DUT.Upload translated and notarized documents when documents are in languages other than Chinese or English, and provide additional materials if the school requests them during the review process.
