Maestria en Derecho de Familia

The Maestría en Derecho de Familia is a master's program that focuses on family law with an emphasis on human rights. Students study legal frameworks related to family constitution, assisted human reproduction, family penal law, and social transformations affecting families. The curriculum combines foundational legal knowledge, epistemology, and research to prepare students for academic or professional work in family law contexts. The program includes a thesis and elective modules and aims to develop skills for proposing legislative and social changes to protect family rights. The program is delivered in person at the Bogotá Federmán campus, structured across four periods with a mix of compulsory and elective subjects, research methodologies, and a thesis project.
