Supply Chain and Operations Management
Introduction
Supply Chain and Operations Management is a program taught at Algonquin College, Canada. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1 Year) options.
Algonquin College offers the Business – Supply Chain and Operations Ontario College Diploma. Students learn to support organizations in planning, coordinating, and managing the flow of goods and services from point of origin to point of consumption. The program focuses on integrating end-to-end supply chain functions from raw material suppliers to the final customer, including procurement and sale of goods, services, and materials; production planning; logistics; inventory management; and continuous improvement.
Students use industry-standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to integrate and manage supply chain processes in simulated business environments. The program also includes real-world examples and case studies. It covers logistics for the handling, transportation, and movement of goods and services, and it supports strategic integration of various e-business trends into contemporary business scenarios.
Courses are delivered using instruction modes that may be offered in the classroom or lab, entirely online, or in a hybrid mode that combines classroom sessions with virtual learning activities. The program states that, upon registration, each full-time student is provided an Algonquin email account used to communicate important information about program or course events.

Admission Requirements
The minimum requirements for admission in Supply Chain and Operations Management at Algonquin College for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
- program specific academic requirment set by Algonquin College.
- English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Algonquin College as pre-requiste for admission in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
