Introduction

Health Studies is a Bachelor program taught at Mount Allison University, Canada. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.

Interdisciplinary Health Studies at Mount Allison University takes a multifaceted approach to health. Students study health from biological, behavioural, social, environmental, ethical, historical, cultural, and population perspectives. Health Studies draws on concepts from the life sciences, social sciences, and humanities.

The program is available as a BASc major, BASc honours, or a minor. The honours option includes a capstone course, where students work in teams to address a real-world health problem and present work in progress.
