Strategic Finance and Analytics, Master's Programme

Strategic Finance and Analytics, Master's Programme is a Masters program taught at Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology LUT, Finland. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (2 years) options.

Strategic Finance and Analytics is a two-year master's programme in which students study strategic finance and business analytics. The programme covers the main theories and concepts of finance and international financial markets. It also develops skills in business analytics, business research, and the evaluation of business decisions from a responsibility perspective.

LUT says the programme uses contact teaching and is taught in English. Students work with peers during their studies and network with industry representatives during guest lectures. The final thesis is likely to be on an empirical analysis topic for a business organisation.

The programme is designed to prepare students for management positions in an international business environment. LUT says it also enables students to continue to doctoral-level studies.
