Bachelor of Health Care, Nursing, Laurea UAS International Separate Application is a Bachelor program taught at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Finland. Intake: Autumn. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.

The Nursing degree programme trains nursing professionals for health care services in Finland and other countries. The studies combine theoretical nursing studies, multidisciplinary studies, practical training and the academic thesis. They also focus on intercultural communication and work in Finnish health care environments.

The programme starts with preparatory/pathway studies. Before degree-awarding education, students must pass the study units in the pathway studies, including English language B2, Finnish language A2.1 and other study units according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Laurea University of Applied Sciences uses contact teaching on campus, simulation learning, online teaching for some theoretical studies, and independent learning. The programme also includes co-operation with local health care companies.

Graduates can work in health care services in Finland and other countries. The programme is designed for students who are motivated to develop their Finnish language skills to the required level.

The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor of Health Care, Nursing, Laurea UAS International Separate Application at Laurea University of Applied Sciences for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Laurea University of Applied Sciences as pre-requiste for admission in Bachelor of Health Care, Nursing, Laurea UAS International Separate Application.
