Master of Business Administration, Digital Business and Management is a Spring 2026 Masters program taught at Novia University of Applied Sciences, Finland. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (2 years) options.

Novia University of Applied Sciences describes the Master of Business Administration in Digital Business and Management as a degree programme for management, business and communication. It focuses on the demands of the digital world and on competences in knowledge, skills and attitudes.

The programme is delivered as blended learning with contact and distance studies. Full-time studies have contact teaching every second week and take 1.5 years. Part-time studies have contact teaching once a month and take 2 years. Students can build an individual study plan with regard to their needs and prior knowledge.

The thesis is a working life-based development project. Novia University of Applied Sciences says it is based on the needs of working life and emphasises development of the work, the organisation or the working community.
