Master of Business Administration, Business Management is a autumn 2026; January 2027 Masters program taught at Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (2 years) options.

Turku University of Applied Sciences describes the Master of Business Administration, Business Management as a programme that builds competences for managerial positions in a global business environment. It focuses on general management and on leadership for executive positions in areas such as sales, marketing, production, development, finance, and human resources management. The studies cover leadership and change management, strategic thinking and management, project, innovation and network management, financial management, critical thinking, academic research, and research reports.

The programme is offered as a part-time implementation and a full-time implementation. The part-time implementation takes 2 years and uses contact teaching and blended teaching. The full-time implementation takes 1 year 6 months and uses contact teaching.

The degree comprises 90 ECTS credits, with 45 ECTS credits of advanced professional studies, 15 ECTS credits of optional studies, and 30 ECTS credits of thesis work. The thesis begins early, is project-oriented, and is written in English.

Students can choose optional studies from other programmes or universities and can take part in international weeks, conferences, projects, and research literature.

Turku University of Applied Sciences says the programme is designed for experienced professionals and experts who want to strengthen their management expertise and prepare for leadership roles. The degree gives qualification to a public office in Finland and provides eligibility for further academic studies and for applying for professional teacher education.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of Business Administration, Business Management at Turku University of Applied Sciences for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

Applicants must have a higher education degree completed in Finland or abroad, or a post-secondary or higher vocational level diploma completed in Finland. They must also have at least 24 months of general work experience counted from the date the eligible final degree certificate was awarded and gained no later than 31 December. Employment certificates are checked from students who are admitted.
