Bachelor of Social Sciences, Urban Sustainability Studies is a Bachelor program taught at University of Eastern Finland, Finland. Intake: September. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 years) options.

The Bachelor of Social Sciences in Urban Sustainability Studies is an interdisciplinary joint bachelor’s programme designed by the Young Universities for the Future of Europe (YUFE) Alliance. It covers urban sustainability through required basic and intermediate studies, language and communication studies, academic working life skills, elective studies and minor studies.

Students start the first year at the University of Eastern Finland in Joensuu. In the second and third years, they personalise their studies through YUFE minors and study at three different universities across Europe with the YUFE consortium. The programme ends with a dissertation, and students spend the last semester at the University of Eastern Finland.

The programme is a Bachelor of Social Sciences of 180 ECTS credits and corresponds to at least three years of full-time study.
