M1 Genomics Informatics Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence for Health and Environment (GENIOMHE) is a Masters program taught at Université Paris-Saclay, France. Intake: September to March. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The M1 Genomics Informatics Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence for Health and Environment (GENIOMHE) is a full-time Master’s degree specialising in Bioinformatics / Computational Biology. It trains specialists in bioinformatics for genomics and precision medicine. Students study algorithmics, programming languages, and techniques in data science, artificial intelligence, statistics, and databases for analyzing massive data.
The programme runs from September to March. A mandatory two-month internship takes place from April onwards in an academic research laboratory or a company. By the end of M1, students develop skills in genomics and human genetics, genomic data analysis, bioinformatics tools and phylogenetics, databases, machine learning and data mining, deep learning, programming, biological systems modeling, multivariate statistics, and projects that include FAIR principles. Two opening modules are mandatory: one on sustainable development and one chosen from a list.
The minimum requirements for admission in M1 Genomics Informatics Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence for Health and Environment (GENIOMHE) at Université Paris-Saclay for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
