M2 Industrial and Systems Engineering is a Masters program taught at Université Paris-Saclay, France. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The Master’s program in Industrial and Systems Engineering trains experts to analyze, model, design, and optimize complex systems in evolving industrial environments. It is offered through three specialized master’s programs: MACLO (logistics and industrial systems), ORRA (safe and resilient systems against risks), and SCS (product and complex system design with an emphasis on sustainable development). Across these options, students cover operations research, supply chain and operations management, and the design and management of complex systems.
The program combines scientific training with practical application to address industrial, logistical, and organizational systems. It includes application-focused work such as optimization of production and distribution systems, and methodology-focused work such as development of conceptual, algorithmic, and procedural tools. Each master’s is integrated into the 3rd year of the engineering curriculum at CentraleSupélec and is supported by research from the Industrial Engineering Laboratory. Graduates are prepared for roles in data science, research or teaching, and engineering in areas such as R&D, production, and control.
