M2 Mechanics of mAterials, damaGe, fracture and multIphySics (MAGIS) is a Masters program taught at Université Paris-Saclay, France. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The MAGIS Master at Université Paris-Saclay is a specialization in mechanics of materials. It trains students to understand, build, and apply models that link materials’ microstructure, phase changes, damage, and cracking to their mechanical properties, with or without coupling to other physics.
The program runs across two semesters. The first semester uses lectures to teach fundamentals of mechanics of materials and related specialized topics. The second semester applies that knowledge through a research project and a research internship.
The minimum requirements for admission in M2 Mechanics of mAterials, damaGe, fracture and multIphySics (MAGIS) at Université Paris-Saclay for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
Note: Please check the university website in the link below.
Applicants must hold an M1 in MIP, MMS or IT in the discipline (transfer paths may be granted from an M1 in MMF, ISM or ISM Learning). Applicants from outside the discipline: M1 in Mechanics, Materials Science, Physics (with a strong focus on mechanics) or Mathematics.
