Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management Open

Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management Open is a Diploma program taught at University of the Gambia, Gambia. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1 year) options.

The Advanced Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management is designed for people with supervisory or managerial experience in the hospitality and tourism industry or those holding a diploma or its equivalent. The program prepares students to improve workplace performance or continue their studies at the University of The Gambia. The course runs for one year.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management Open at University of the Gambia for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by University of the Gambia.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by University of the Gambia as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management Open.

A minimum of 4 credits including English and a pass in Mathematics, OR a diploma in tourism or hotel management, OR at least eight years’ work experience in the field of study. After completion, students can pursue a BSc at the University provided they meet normal university entry requirements.
