Introduction
Bachelor in Gesundheitsmanagement is a Bachelor program taught at Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes (FHM), Germany. Intake: October. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (2 years) options.
Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes (FHM) offers the new Bachelorstudiengang Gesundheitsmanagement (B.A.) as a Virtuelles Live-Studium. Students learn how the health system works, including key stakeholders, decision structures, and billing mechanisms, plus how care is organised. The programme also includes medical basics so learners can work interprofessionally with medical roles.
The curriculum focuses on developing care processes through prevention management, telemedicine, and the use of Artificial Intelligence. It also covers agile project management and organisational development, plus preparation for leadership tasks such as employee management, strategic management, and workplace health promotion. An empirical research project supports scientific working, and students develop business ideas, including digital health applications. Study delivery combines Online-Live events in off-hours (Friday afternoon or Saturday) with two in-person phases at a central location.
Admission Requirements
The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor in Gesundheitsmanagement at Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes (FHM) for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
