Introduction
Musiktheorie is a Bachelor program taught at Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber, Germany. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.
Musiktheorie at Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber is organised through Musiktheorie teaching at the Hochschule and through participation in the Zentrum für Musiktheorie. Students are included in the Zentrum’s event culture within and outside the Hochschule, and they also receive individual lessons in composition for the length of their studies. The composition lessons can be supplemented during the course with Jazz-/Rock-/Pop composition and with instruction in the Studio für Elektronische Musik.
