Master of Business Administration Mba

Master of Business Administration Mba is a Masters program taught at IST-Hochschule fur Management, Germany. Intake: Oktober-Start. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 Semesters (full-time) / 5 Semesters (part-time)) options.

IST-Hochschule fur Management offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) designed for professionals aiming for a leadership position. The course builds business administration knowledge across areas such as Wirtschafts- und Managementlehre, Leadership Skills, Personalmanagement, Digitale Transformation, Ideen- und Innovationsmanagement, Unternehmensrechnung und -steuerung, and Marketing & Sales. It also includes management-oriented legal and business fundamentals through General Management Module-style learning and real-world guidance in a planspiel.

Teaching is delivered as an MBA-Fernstudium in German. The programme uses self-study study materials (studies heets) and online formats such as online lectures, online tutorials, and online exercises. Selected modules include supplementary seminar days for practical input and exchange. In the third semester, students complete the Master Thesis after the Kolloquium zur Master Thesis (MABA).

The programme is aimed at Berufstätige who have completed a first degree in a non-business field, have at least a year of Berufserfahrung, and want a leading role in middle or upper management. It supports specialisation through Wahlpflichtmodule such as Global Innovation Management, Agiles Organisations- und Kundenmanagement, Entrepreneurship und Business Development, and Forschungsprojekt Innovation und Management.
