Nachhaltigkeit im Bauwesen (M.Sc.), berufsbegleitend is a Masters program taught at Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Intake: Sommersemester; March. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (5 Semester) options.

Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences offers the part-time continuing Master’s program “Nachhaltigkeit im Bauwesen” with a Master of Science degree. Students study sustainability fundamentals and applications in architecture, construction, and timber engineering. The program covers Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement and sustainable construction topics such as DGNB Registered Professional, preservation and upgrading of existing buildings, and building with renewable materials like wood, plus application modules including ökobilanzierung/LCA, life-cycle costs, circular economy design, digital building, and sustainability assessments.

The program is designed as a Flex-Master model and is berufsbegleitend, with study duration of 5 semesters and 90 ECTS points. Seminars run approximately every 2–3 weeks. Students complete group work and project work through modules, a Masterprojekt in groups, and a Master Thesis that concludes the degree. The program includes training to become a DGNB Consultant and allows individual coaching appointments. Teaching and examinations are supported by a detailed timetable at the start of the study year.
