Master of English Language Education

Master of English Language Education is a Masters program taught at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Indonesia. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

This Master of English Language Education program prepares education personnel with a Master's degree in English language teaching. It focuses on developing critical and comprehensive thinking, strategic planning including selecting and presenting teaching materials, problem solving, evaluation, and contextualizing the development and needs of the people and market demands.

The program emphasizes technology- and research-based integrative English Language Teaching (ELT) based on Islamic values with a global outlook. It involves organizing and developing ELT and education grounded in linguistic, literary, and cultural knowledge in an academic setting that upholds Islamic values.

Students engage in research activities, scientific paper writing relevant to education and ELT, and participate in social and expertise services to the community through collaboration with stakeholders. The program also integrates Islamic environment programs in learning, research, and community service.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of English Language Education at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Universitas Ahmad Dahlan as pre-requiste for admission in Master of English Language Education.
