Bachelor of Science in Sport Sciences

Bachelor of Science in Sport Sciences is a Bachelor program taught at University of Technology Jamaica, Jamaica. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.

The Bachelor of Science in Sport Sciences is a four-year undergraduate program that covers scientific principles of sports and exercise.

Students engage in practical learning and specialize in Art and Science of Coaching, Athletic Training, or Sport Management, each focusing on skills relevant to their field.

The course includes a final research project and an internship/practicum to gain real work experience with sports industry partners. Delivery is face-to-face supported by Moodle software.

The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor of Science in Sport Sciences at University of Technology Jamaica for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by University of Technology Jamaica.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by University of Technology Jamaica as pre-requiste for admission in Bachelor of Science in Sport Sciences.

• Five CXC or equivalent subjects at CSEC including two science subjects, Mathematics, English Language, and one other subject
• CAPE Physical Education Unit 1 and/or 2 with grades I-V or CSEC Physical Education grades I-III can substitute for a science subject
