The PhD in Business Administration is designed to prepare individuals for academic and research careers. It provides in-depth education in current and emerging theories and develops skills in rigorous and practical research methodology. Students build a strong social and professional network. The program consists of a minimum of 90 credit hours, including 60 credits of graduate coursework and 30 credits of dissertation research. The course includes core modules, specialization modules, foundation research modules, elective modules, dissertation modules, and the dissertation itself. Students choose a specialization from Management, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or Hospitality and Tourism Management. Classes are scheduled on weekends, with 24 months allocated for coursework and 24 months for research and dissertation completion.
