Diploma in Leadership and Management

Diploma in Leadership and Management is a Diploma program taught at St. Pauls University, Kenya. Intake: JanuaryMaySeptember. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1 year) options.

The Diploma in Leadership and Management prepares leaders and managers for roles in churches, local communities, NGOs, co-operatives, and government departments. The program focuses on change management at personal, organizational, community, and national levels. It aims to improve leadership effectiveness and management skills, covering governance, financial management, staff development, client analysis, and product development for sustainability. The program lasts one year and is delivered through face-to-face lectures, seminars, case studies, and field trips; virtually via e-learning platforms with study modules and online assessments; or as a blended format combining both. Study modes include regular day classes, evening classes, and virtual learning.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Leadership and Management at St. Pauls University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by St. Pauls University.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by St. Pauls University as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Leadership and Management.

• Minimum KCSE grade C- with a C in English
• OR O Level division III with 38 points including 5 credits, with one in English Language or Literature in English
• OR A Level with 2 principal passes
• OR D+ in KCSE plus a one-year certificate or above from college
