Master in Business Administration

Master in Business Administration is a Masters program taught at Nilai University College, Malaysia. Intake: JANUARY / JUNE / NOVEMBER. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (Full time: 1 year / Part time: 2 years) options.

The Master of Business Administration at Nilai University is designed to develop working knowledge of advanced management theories, policies, and practices in the business environment. Students learn to identify and diagnose business problems through data analysis and the selection of appropriate strategies at functional, business, and corporate levels. The programme also develops skills in management information systems, managing change and innovation, and business planning.

Learning includes communication skills for managerial roles, with emphasis on presenting analysis, justifying recommended actions, and delivering messages intended to affect others’ perceptions. The programme includes a project paper on current management issues and covers modules such as Financial Management, Business Analytics, Strategic Management, Research Methodology, and Ethics and Business Law.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master in Business Administration at Nilai University College for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Nilai University College.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Nilai University College as pre-requiste for admission in Master in Business Administration.

• Bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF) in a related field
• Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.50; OR
• Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00-2.49 subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
• Bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF) in a non-related field
• Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 with relevant working experiences and subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
• Pass with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and without relevant working experience is subject to a rigorous internal assessment
• Other equivalent/ related qualifications to a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) as recognised by the Malaysian Government
