Master of Business Administration Human Resource Management

Master of Business Administration Human Resource Management is a Masters program taught at Nilai University College, Malaysia. Intake: JANUARY / JUNE / NOVEMBER. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (Full time: 1 year / Part time: 2 years) options.

Nilai University College offers a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) that focuses on strategic human resource management, human resource development, and industrial relations management. Students apply key concepts in HRM to identify and solve problems in managing human resources, while developing understanding of advanced level theories and empirical evidence.

The programme is delivered as full time study for 1 year or part time study for 2 years. It includes core modules in Financial Management, Organisational Management, Managerial Accounting, Marketing Management, Research Methodology, Strategic Management, Ethics and Business Law, and a Project Paper. Students also complete specialisation modules in Safety and Health Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations Management, and Strategic HRM.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of Business Administration Human Resource Management at Nilai University College for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Nilai University College.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Nilai University College as pre-requiste for admission in Master of Business Administration Human Resource Management.

Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in a related field

• Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
• OR Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00-2.50 may require an internal assessment
• OR Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in a non-related field
• Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 with relevant working experiences may require an internal assessment
• OR Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and without relevant working experience, may require to pass prerequisite courses

Admission to Master of Business Administration programmes by Coursework through APEL.

To qualify to be assessed by APEL, you must be a Malaysian citizen of at least 30 years of age and possess at least STPM / A-level / Diploma / Equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
