Bachelor of Human Resource Management Honours

Bachelor of Human Resource Management Honours is a Bachelor program taught at Saito College, Malaysia. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 Years) options.

The Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Honours) prepares students for human resource management careers by building knowledge and practical skills across management, business, and finance. Students study areas that include Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Employment Law & Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefit Management, and Performance Management.

The programme is full time and lasts 3 years. It is structured across Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3, culminating in a Final Year Project. Students also complete an Internship and Khidmat Masyarakat / Ko-Kurikulum, while taking modules such as Business English, Research Methodology, and Human Resource Development.

The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor of Human Resource Management Honours at Saito College for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Saito College.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Saito College as pre-requiste for admission in Bachelor of Human Resource Management Honours.

The minimum entry requirement for the degree programme is one of the following:

• Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM ) Certificate or equivalent to Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in 2 subjects
• Pass Mathematics and English in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
• Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
• Minimum of 5 B’s which include English and Mathematics.
• Matriculation / Foundation from any IPTS / IPTA / Institution
• A minimum CGPA 2.00 in business studies or management fields
• Diploma (level 4)
• Minimum of CGPA 2.0
