Diploma in Hotel Management

Diploma in Hotel Management is a Diploma program taught at Saito College, Malaysia. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (2.5 Years) options.

The Diploma in Hotel Management at Saito College prepares students for a career in hotel management through a curriculum tailored for hospitality management work. Students study areas such as food hygiene, food and beverage management, principles of management and marketing, business communication, hospitality English, and language options including French and Mandarin.

The programme uses a hands-on approach with work-based learning elements. It is delivered full time across seven semesters, including modules such as managing front office and housekeeping, event management, hospitality law, basic cookery, purchasing and procurement, entrepreneurship, and an industry internship.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Hotel Management at Saito College for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Saito College.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Saito College as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Hotel Management.

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Certificate or GCE / 'O' Levels certificate or equivalent
