The Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Universiti Industri Selangor covers strategic management and leadership, business acumen in entrepreneurship (including business model design, venture financing, and market entry strategies), global business perspectives, and data-driven decision-making using analytics and technology tools. It also includes talent management and development, with strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.

The MBA blends theory and practice through case studies and simulations, and a capstone project that addresses real business challenges. Students use business models and tools to diagnose business challenges, develop solutions, and implement strategies using PESTEL, Business Model Canvas, SWOT Analysis, and Porter’s Five Forces. Students may choose specialisation tracks in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations and Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, and Quality and Change Management.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of Business Administration Mba at Universiti Industri Selangor for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Universiti Industri Selangor.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Universiti Industri Selangor as pre-requiste for admission in Master of Business Administration Mba.

• A bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the Senate; OR
• A bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment as accepted by the Senate; OR
• A bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the Senate and with relevant working experience, subject to a rigorous internal assessment as accepted by the Senate; OR
• A bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the Senate and without relevant working experience, subject to a passing pre-requisite course as accepted by the Senate; OR
• Other equivalent/related qualifications to a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) recognised by the Malaysian Government.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0 or its equivalent and score of 500 for Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) or minimum Band 4 in MUET.
