Diploma in Culinary Arts is a Diploma program taught at Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah, Malaysia. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 Years full-time) options.

The Diploma in Culinary Arts at Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah is designed to build knowledge and practical skills in culinary techniques, kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation. Students explore local and international cuisines while developing creativity, hygiene practices, and kitchen management skills. The programme objectives also include applying hospitality practices that comply with Shari’ah principles and demonstrating practical, interpersonal, communication, digital, numeracy, and leadership skills.

The programme is Full Time for 3 Years and uses modules that include hands-on training and practical experience. It integrates internship and externship opportunities through collaboration with industry partners, including industrial training in hotels or related hospitality organizations. Graduates are prepared for roles across hotels, restaurants, catering services, and the food and beverage industry.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Culinary Arts at Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Culinary Arts.

Pass SPM with at least three (3) credits or equivalent; OR
Pass STPM with at least Grade C (GP 2.00) or equivalent; OR
Pass STAM with at least Maqbul grade or equivalent; OR
Pass SKM Level 3 in relevant field; OR
Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in relevant field or equivalent.

For International Students:
IELTS minimum score of 4.0 / MUET with Band 2 or its equivalent

IELTS minimum score of 4.0 / MUET with Band 2 or its equivalent
