Introduction
Bachelor of Computer Science Data Science is a Bachelor program taught at Universiti Malaya, Malaya, Malaysia. Intake: September. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The Bachelor of Computer Science (Data Science) at Universiti Malaya focuses on applying Computer Science and Data Science knowledge to solve computer-based problems. Students conduct data-driven investigations by accessing, assessing, and analyzing data sets. The programme also develops skills to build data models for prediction and to solve problems involving disparate datasets across domains, including developing data products.
The programme uses a credit structure totalling 128 credits, including University courses, Faculty Core courses, Faculty Elective courses, Programme Core courses (including Industrial Training), and Specialization Elective courses. It includes data science modules such as Machine Learning and Introduction to Data Science, and it includes Data Science Project and Data Science Industrial Training, with Industrial Training followed by Semester 7. Students may complete specific elective courses to receive a Joint Professional Certificate from SAS.

Admission Requirements
The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor of Computer Science Data Science at Universiti Malaya for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

- English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Universiti Malaya as pre-requiste for admission in Bachelor of Computer Science Data Science.
