BSc Real Estate

BSc Real Estate is a Bachelor program taught at University of Reading Malaysia, Malaysia. Intake: AprilSeptember. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 years) options.

BSc Real Estate at University of Reading Malaysia is a full-time undergraduate degree focused on real estate. The course includes modules such as Introduction to Data Analysis, Introductory Economics for Business & Finance, Property, Law, Rights and Institutions, and Real Estate Valuation I. It also covers Contemporary Issues in Real Estate and Planning, Ethics and Sustainable Development, and a set of valuation, planning law, finance, investment, and asset management topics.

Teaching is organised across three years. Year 1 includes Real Estate Valuation I and other introductory subjects. Year 2 includes Real Estate Valuation II, Real Estate Entrepreneurship and Technology, and Real Estate Finance and Investment, plus an optional module. Year 3 includes Building Environment System and Technology, Real Estate Valuation III, Development Appraisal & Finance, Real Estate Asset Management, and a Project in Valuation and Asset Management. Students are encouraged to do an internship during the Summer break. The course is identical to the UK degree programme, following the same quality and standards.

The minimum requirements for admission in BSc Real Estate at University of Reading Malaysia for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by University of Reading Malaysia.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by University of Reading Malaysia as pre-requiste for admission in BSc Real Estate.
