BSc Building Surveying
Introduction
BSc Building Surveying is a Bachelor program taught at University of Reading Malaysia, Malaysia. Intake: April, September. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 years (2 years Malaysia + 1 year UK)) options.
BSc Building Surveying at University of Reading Malaysia prepares you to analyse building performance and material lifecycles to identify the causes and effects of building defects and to manage them across the lifecycle of the built environment. Your studies cover construction-related disciplines such as economics, law, building technology, and project work, with recurring themes including digital technologies, sustainability, and internationalisation.
The programme follows a structured 2+1 pathway: two years at the University of Reading Malaysia campus and one year at the University of Reading UK campus. You complete project work, including a built environment project where you prepare an environmental impact assessment for a building project, plus a dissertation on a research topic of your choice. Between your second and final year, you may complete a paid internship for sixteen weeks.

Admission Requirements
The minimum requirements for admission in BSc Building Surveying at University of Reading Malaysia for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:
