Master of Business Administration

Master of Business Administration is a Masters program taught at University Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia. Intake: March, July and November. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (Full Time = 1 year (minimum); Part Time = 2 years (minimum)) options.

The University Tun Abdul Razak Master of Business Administration (MBA) is designed for professionals who want to strengthen managerial foundations and apply research-based learning to business settings. The programme includes core courses such as Marketing Management, Managerial Accounting, Business Economics, Financial Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Competitive Strategic Management.

Learning uses core courses and electives focused on one major from Entrepreneurship, Finance, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Risk Management, Financial Technology, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, AI, Supply Chain, Healthcare, OSHA, Engineering Management, Design Thinking, Business Analytics, Modern Data Management, Data Mining, Operations Research. Study can be full time or part time, delivered through Conventional and Open Distance Learning, with a Research Project as part of the programme.

Graduates can pursue leadership and specialist roles across industries, including business analytics and strategic insights, project and programme leadership, finance, FinTech and digital banking, investment and financial planning, marketing, entrepreneurship and business development, general management and leadership, and human resource management and people strategy.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of Business Administration at University Tun Abdul Razak for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by University Tun Abdul Razak.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by University Tun Abdul Razak as pre-requiste for admission in Master of Business Administration.

Bachelor's Degree

• A pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by the University Senate; or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting CGPA of 2.75, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 2 years working experience in relevant field; or equivalent not meeting CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field.

International

• A minimum score of Band 6.0 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or minimum score of 550 for a paper-based total or 80 for an Internet based total for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL); or minimum of Grade C in First Cambridge English (FCE) minimum scale 169, or B2 in CEFR, or Pearson Test of English (PTE 50-58) as required proficiency; or a recognized first degree undertaken in English medium; or successful attainment of FCE minimum of Grade C (169) conducted by the Centre for English Language (CEL) within 12 months from the date of entry with conditional offer letter.

Note

• The validity period for IELTS and TOEFL is two years from the date awarded.

APEL

• Minimum age to apply : 21 years old with working experience.
