Master of Business Administration Leadership

Master of Business Administration Leadership is a Masters program taught at University Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia. Intake: March, July and November. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Master of Business Administration (Leadership) at University Tun Abdul Razak is designed to develop leaders for leadership roles through effective succession planning. Students explore leadership foundations and work towards Chartered Manager status, preparing them to act as professional managers.

The programme combines strategic insight with practical leadership development. Students study core business areas such as Marketing Management, Managerial Accounting, Business Economics, Financial Management, and Quantitative Techniques and Decision Making, then complete Competitive Strategic Management and a Research Project, plus one option between Research Methodology and Case Research Methods.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of Business Administration Leadership at University Tun Abdul Razak for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by University Tun Abdul Razak.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by University Tun Abdul Razak as pre-requiste for admission in Master of Business Administration Leadership.

Bachelor's Degree

• A pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by the University Senate; or
• equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting CGPA of 2.75, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 2 years working experience in relevant field; or
• equivalent not meeting CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field.

International

• A minimum score of Band 6.0 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or minimum score of 550 for a paper-based total or 80 for an Internet based total for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL); or
• minimum of Grade C in First Cambridge English (FCE) minimum scale 169, or B2 in CEFR, or Pearson Test of English (PTE 50-58) as required proficiency; or
• a recognized first degree undertaken in English medium; or
• successful attainment of FCE minimum of Grade C (169) conducted by the Centre for English Language (CEL) within 12 months from the date of entry with conditional offer letter.

Note: The validity period for IELTS and TOEFL is two years from the date awarded.

APEL

• Minimum age to apply : 21 years old with working experience.
