Diploma in Business Hrm

Diploma in Business Hrm is a Diploma program taught at Mandhu College, Maldives. Intake: JanuaryAprilJulyOctober. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1 academic year) options.

The Diploma in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management provides students with skills to identify and analyze business problems and to formulate and implement business plans. The program supports students aiming for a standalone business qualification or higher study levels, and professionals seeking skill updates and academic recognition. It prepares students for technical roles in lower middle ranks of business organizations. The Human Resource Management concentration builds a foundation for advanced qualifications in HRM. The course lasts one academic year, consisting of two semesters with 15 weeks of study each, delivered through a virtual campus.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Business Hrm at Mandhu College for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Mandhu College.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Mandhu College as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Business Hrm.

Successful completion of Higher Secondary Education OR Attainment of a Level 4 qualification in a relevant field OR Attainment of a Level 4 Foundation Study Program approved for the specific Diploma program. Alternative criteria: 20 years old, completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program OR 20 years old, completion of secondary school, 2 years of relevant work experience, and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program (Available at Mandhu College).
