MSC Civil Engineering
Introduction
MSC Civil Engineering is a Masters program taught at Delft University of Technology, Delft, Netherlands. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
At TU Delft, the MSc Civil Engineering teaches students to design safe, smart and sustainable structures and construction materials for infrastructure projects such as bridges, high rise buildings and roads. It also covers innovative solutions for building on, in and with soils, including tunnels, foundations and flood defences. Students work on hydraulic and offshore structures for renewable energy, resource harvesting, and transport and climate resilience, and they tackle complex water systems from rivers to oceans.
The programme offers six specialised tracks: Geotechnical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Structural & Materials Engineering, Hydraulic & Offshore Structures, Structural Engineering, and Traffic & Transport Engineering. Students select a track to focus on their chosen engineering challenges. The study programme includes research & facilities and student experiences that reference internship experiences and master’s thesis projects.
