The Medical College offers a five-y​​ear Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme. The programme is open to all academically qualified candidates without consideration to gender, religion, race, creed, colour or domicile. Students from anywhere in Pakistan and overseas may apply. There are no quotas, reserved seats or admissions against donations. Merit-based admissions are open to candidates from around the world.​​
