Mechanical Engineering is a Bachelor program taught at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (8 semesters programme) options.
The Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University is a full-time programme provided by the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The curriculum covers mathematics, physics, and core engineering principles including mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Students also study specialised courses and practical learning experiences focused on designing, analysing, and optimising mechanical systems and products.
From the second year, students may opt for one of two programme streams: the Mainstream or the Intelligent Design and Manufacturing Stream. Within the Mainstream, students choose from six areas of specialisation: Aeronautical Engineering, Autonomus Systems, Energy & The Environment, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering and Management, and Smart Manufacturing and Digital Factory and Systems Engineering.
