Diploma in Tourism Resort Management

Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Diploma in Tourism & Resort Management prepares students to shape tourism across hospitality, travel, events, and leisure & lifestyle. Students build competencies in experience design, research & data storytelling, digitalisation, and sustainable tourism.

Learning includes a signature overseas study trip and industry-real learning. Students also complete an integrated project in collaboration with Mandai Wildlife Reserve, using design thinking methodologies and the business model canvas tool to develop innovative proposals. Learning can be customised through a six-month local or overseas internship with Business Electives, or through a one-year JobReady Programme with companies.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Tourism Resort Management at Ngee Ann Polytechnic for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Ngee Ann Polytechnic as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Tourism Resort Management.

To be eligible for consideration, candidates must have the following GCE ‘O’ Level examination (or equivalent) results.

• AGGREGATE TYPE ELR2B2-B
• Subject 'O' Level Grade: English Language 1-6
• Subject 'O' Level Grade: Additional Mathematics/Mathematics 1-6
• Subject 'O' Level Grade: Any one of the 2nd group of Relevant Subjects for the ELR2B2-B Aggregate Type 1-6
• Applicants must also fulfil the aggregate computation requirements for the ELR2B2-B Aggregate Type ( English Language, 2 relevant subjects and 2 other best subjects) listed at www.np.edu.sg/docs/ELR2B2.pdf.
