MA Kyoto Tokyo

MA Kyoto Tokyo is a Masters program taught at Singapore University of Technology and Design, Singapore. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The MA Kyoto Tokyo is linked to a project titled Home for All – Inujima, Kyoto, Tokyo. The work investigates shifting demographics of Japan through existing and new collected data, and it considers architecture’s response to these conditions. It also focuses on how to plan for a better future and how Japan and Singapore can learn from each other.

During the investigations, collaborative programmes were developed with Kazuo Sejima and SANAA architects, Kyoto Institute of Technology, and Tokyo Geidai University. The project produced work shown in the Venice Biennale.

The minimum requirements for admission in MA Kyoto Tokyo at Singapore University of Technology and Design for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Singapore University of Technology and Design.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Singapore University of Technology and Design as pre-requiste for admission in MA Kyoto Tokyo.
