Diploma in Security Consultancy

Diploma in Security Consultancy is a Diploma program taught at Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore. Intake: October. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1 year (Part-time)) options.

The Specialist Diploma in Security Consultancy (part-time) prepares participants to become competent security consultants. It focuses on producing Threat Vulnerability Risk Assessment (TVRA) reports using risk assessment techniques. It also builds knowledge to comply with relevant legislation, supports strategic security planning with appropriate security technologies, and applies best practices for security project management.

Students complete two post-diploma certificates (PDCs). Learning uses facilitated learning with face-to-face and online synchronous sessions, plus asynchronous e-learning. Assessments use a combination of written and practical tests, case studies, assignments, and projects.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Security Consultancy at Temasek Polytechnic for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Temasek Polytechnic.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Temasek Polytechnic as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Security Consultancy.

A Polytechnic Diploma or ITE Technical Diploma/Technical Engineer Diploma/ Work-Learn Technical Diploma or equivalent

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

A Post-Secondary Certificate with at least 3 relevant working experience
